Aquarius
Rising
Aquarius Rising is a planned research and eco-tourist facility of the First
Millennial Foundation. There are several goals with Aquarius Rising, but
its main purpose is to make money to allow us to perform research around
a certain set of technologies: Ocean Thermal Energy Converters (OTEC), mariculture
and sea-cement accretion.
